Honeywell Settlement with NARCO Personal Injury Trust – Terrible for Asbestos Victims!!
Steven Kazan is a criminal.
The North American Refractories Asbestos Trust Advisory Committee (criminals Steve Kazan, Alan Brayton) are supposed to be “Fiduciaries” for Asbestos Victims — ensuring all Asbestos Victims are treated equally and fairly. But as we’ve seen time and time again with Asbestos Trust Advisory Committee’s containing Steven Kazan and Alan Brayton, corruption, fraud and theft of Asbestos Trust funds is their goal. And now, another $1B is gone due to them….

In 2021, Honeywell, who was responsible for funding the NARCO Personal Injury Settlement Trust sued the North American Refractories (NARCO) Trust for fraud, theft, insider dealing and corruption. Details on Honeywell Lawsuit v. NARCO Trust – 2 Billion Lost Due to Trust Advistory Committee Fraud
Prior to this lawsuit, Honeywell was responsible for “unlimited” funding to the NARCO Trust (an estimated $3B).
Not only did the NARCO Personal Injury Settlement Trust Advisory Committee (Steve Kazan, Alan Brayton et al.) get caught in the mass theft of NARCO Trust funds, but insider dealing, fraud, and misappropriation of Trust funds was the norm at the Trust with thousands of fraudulent claimsm paid to favored parties….And the lawsuit above proved it!!
Did the NARCO Personal Injury Settlement Trust Advisory Committee pay for their own defense after they got sued? Of course not – they used additional NARCO Trust Funds (at least $1.5M) to defend themselves in the Honeywell matter.
But even worse, the NARCO Personal Injury Settlement Trust Advisory Committee concealed (during litigation) thousands of fraudulent claims.
Finally – after 20 years – Steven Kazan and Alan Brayton were proven criminals. So what did they do as members of the NARCO Personal Injury Settlement Trust Advisory Committee?

I have no doubt the NARCO Asbestos Trust Advisory Committee also took a multi-million $ “fee” out of this settlement. These are by far the most corrupt lawyers in the Country. With Steven Kazan and Alan Brayton as the ringleaders.
And in the NARCO Personal Injury Settlement Trust – Kazan and Brayton have now cost Asbestos Victims well over $1 Billion.
