Asbestos Lawyers were about to get a taste of their own medicine in the $10 Billion Monstanto Roundup Settlement!!
And they sure didn’t like it!
The Roundup Settlement would have shut Asbestos Lawyers out of Attorney Fees and Future Claims (exactly like they have done with Asbestos Victims with Asbestos Trusts). The Large Monsanto Roudup Settlement would have ALSO shut the Asbestos Lawyers out of the Large Attorney fee Award (which the Asbestos Lawyers ‘stole’/received from every Asbestos Trust). The Asbestos Lawyers sure didn’t like it….
Everyone knows it. The Western Asbestos/MacArthur Trial was a complete sham with the Judge (really) an “insider” who was guaranteed Asbestos Trustee positions “post trial”. But even worse, the evidence brought forward by Steven Kazan and Alan Brayton in that Trial was fabricated, inflated, and pure fraud. And a recent filing by Double Dipper Steven Kazan proves it.

Finally. Dr. William Durham has stepped up to stop the Fraud, Corruption and Bad Faith taking place at Asbestos Trusts.
Ankura Consulting has been engaging in Corruption for decades with regards to Asbestos Trusts. Decades. And now – Ankura Consulting has been Sued for Conducting Sham Audits (which they are!).
