Asbestos and Mesothelioma Law Firms that DO NOT Pay Referral Fees – DO NOT HIRE THESE LAW FIRMS!!

I’ve been in Asbestos Litigation as a Plaintiff Lawyer for 25 years. With any Law Firm you work with – “Trust” and “Honesty” are extremely important. As a Plaintiff lawyer – you expect dishonesty from Asbestos Defense lawyers. But not from Plaintiff lawyers. But as I’ve learned – there are a number of very dishonest Plaintiff’s Asbestos and Mesothelioma Law Firms that DO NOT pay referral fees. One has to wonder if these Law Firms ‘steal’ from Clients too…?

Asbestos Lawyers were about to get a taste of their own medicine in the $10 Billion Monstanto Roundup Settlement!!

And they sure didn’t like it!

The Roundup Settlement would have shut Asbestos Lawyers out of Attorney Fees and Future Claims (exactly like they have done with Asbestos Victims with Asbestos Trusts).  The Large Monsanto Roudup Settlement would have ALSO  shut the Asbestos Lawyers out of the Large Attorney fee Award (which the Asbestos Lawyers ‘stole’/received from every Asbestos Trust). The Asbestos Lawyers sure didn’t like it….

Double Dipper Steven Kazan’s Recent Filing Provides More Evidence the Western Asbestos-Western MacArthur Trial (Chapter 11 Case No. 02-46284) was a Complete Sham

Everyone knows it. The Western Asbestos/MacArthur Trial was a complete sham with the Judge (really) an “insider” who was guaranteed Asbestos Trustee positions “post trial”. But even worse, the evidence brought forward by Steven Kazan and Alan Brayton in that Trial was fabricated, inflated, and pure fraud. And a recent filing by Double Dipper Steven Kazan proves it.

We always knew that (former) Western Asbestos Trust Executive Director  Sara Beth Brown was a liar, a fraud, a perjurer…..and Reno’s biggest thief. She rarely worked, yet stole millions from the Western Asbestos Trust in sham billings and insider dealings.

Prior to her “retirement” in 2019 (she was presumably “fired”), Brown had misappropriated billions (in victim’s funds) to corrupt plaintiff lawyers (Alan Brayton/Steven Kazan) so they’d always ‘look the other way’ when Brown was stealing. And steal she did….

But we are now learning that Sara Beth Brown is also a boss who batters co-workers….in this case – Constance Salerno – Trust Employee…
